Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each piece is created with care and attention. We insure each shipment, please let us know of any damage which occurred in shipping.

Made-to-Order Items: For made-to-order items, we require a deposit, typically 50% to 60% of the total cost. This deposit is non-refundable once we have purchased materials for your project.

Shipping Policy
Small In-Stock Items: Items like propagation vases and cutting boards are typically shipped within 72 hours of your order placement.
Larger In-Stock Pieces: For larger pieces, we offer white-glove shipping where available. When the item is in stock, it will be shipped within a few days, depending on the shipping service.
