Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

In-stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item hasn’t shipped.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, your deposit becomes non-refundable and production may begin.

Deposits on custom furniture and one-of-a-kind commissions are non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has started.
