1. Orders & Custom Work
We build most pieces to order. Custom furniture orders require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50–60%) before production begins. Once materials are purchased or work has started, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Full payment is required before shipping.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the U.S. only. Shipping times vary depending on the product and carrier. White-glove delivery is available for larger items. Please refer to product pages or your order confirmation for estimated timelines.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged. See our full Return Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and product designs on this website are the property of Dovetails and Stitches and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, acts of nature, or other events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product you purchased.
