Crafted from a single species of premium American hardwood, such as white oak, walnut, cherry, or maple, The Chain highlights the natural character of the wood through simple geometry and precise detailing. The standard configuration holds five knives, with proportional spacing designed to accommodate a range of blade styles.

Each slot is carefully cut and finished to protect edges and keep knives separated during daily use. Ebony-toned dividers provide subtle contrast while helping prevent contact between blades. At approximately 10 ¼″ tall and 3 ¼″ deep, the block offers substantial presence without overwhelming the workspace.
