Rebound is a made-to-order table built from reclaimed gymnasium maple flooring that once lived underfoot during buzzer-beaters, pep rallies, championship wins, and quiet moments long forgotten. Before it became furniture, this maple was part of something larger: a place where memories were made.

We rescue these original gym floorboards and carefully sand back decades of wear, revealing warm, luminous maple beneath. We preserve just enough of the court’s painted lines and color blocks to honor its past, then rebuild it into a table designed for everyday life, solid, durable, and unmistakably storied.

How long does it take to make my reclaimed gym floor table?

Each Rebound table is made to order in our family studio. Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks from design approval, depending on size, finish, and customization details. We’ll confirm timing once we finalize your build.

Is this table made from real reclaimed gym flooring?


Yes. We source authentic reclaimed maple gym floor boards that once lived a previous life on real courts. The wood is fully refinished, stabilized, and rebuilt into a new tabletop, not veneered, not printed, and not distressed for effect.

Are the painted lines original or preserved from the floor?

No. The original finish is completely removed. All color blocks are custom-applied during the build, allowing you to choose team colors, school colors, or a palette that’s meaningful to you.

Can I customize the size or colors?

Absolutely. Rebound is designed as a custom, made-to-order piece. We can adjust dimensions, color placement, finish sheen, and even build dining-table or console versions. Just reach out to start the conversation.
